About the Role

As a Fix-It Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility. Your work directly supports the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and equipment. Your day will involve performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work, and masonry. Additionally, you will conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs and record completed repairs or items requiring further attention.
