About the Role

As a leader in our fitness services department, you will be directly responsible for the department's financial performance. This role exists to drive growth and ensure high-quality experiences for our members by managing personal trainer payroll, expenses, and inventory. You will serve as the lead for all fitness products at the location, ensuring that fitness assessments and presentations are structured and standardized in line with corporate standards.

In this position, you will partner closely with the Membership department to ensure initial fitness assessments are booked and that advisors are effectively building value during tours. You will also develop lead generation strategies with your team to hit targets and establish sales goals for Fitness Consultants and front desk employees. Additionally, you will work with the Admin Specialist to manage the supplement profit and loss, ensuring all supplement hand-offs are tracked and followed through.
