About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the orderly operation and safety of the store while ensuring sales policies and procedures are executed effectively. As a leader on the sales floor, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in alignment with company policy and consistently achieving goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, and expense management.
In this position, you will manage freight flow, merchandise processing, and inventory control, including regular cycle counts. You will also oversee staffing, orientation, and training to ensure the team is competent in product knowledge, solution selling, and standard operating procedures. The role involves reviewing P&L statements with the General Manager, developing coaching plans for supervisors and associates, and serving as the manager-in-charge during the absence of senior leadership.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience in a commissioned sales environment or within the consumer electronics industry. A college degree.
