About the Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This role exists to establish key account strategies, define the objectives and tactics to support them, and implement measures to track success. You will work closely with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while developing existing relationships, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will represent the company and its brand positively in the marketplace. You will conduct inside sales activities, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits. Additionally, you will assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures and social media content, while providing feedback on market research and improvement suggestions to management.
