About the Role

As a key leader in our fitness services department, you will be directly responsible for the financial performance of the entire department. This role exists to drive sales, manage operations, and ensure our members receive exceptional value through personalized fitness services. You will serve as the lead for all fitness products at the location, working closely with the membership department to ensure initial fitness assessments are booked and that advisors effectively build value during tours.

Your day will involve managing personal trainer payroll and expenses, developing lead generation strategies to hit targets, and establishing sales goals for fitness consultants and front desk employees. You will also oversee supplement and inventory management, collaborating with the Admin Specialist to manage the supplement profit and loss and ensuring all supplement hand-offs are tracked and followed through. By standardizing PT presentations and fitness assessments (VFPs) to meet corporate standards, you will help maintain the high quality of service our members expect.
