About the Role

This position combines a passion for fitness with a love of people to drive the financial performance of our total fitness services department. You will serve as the leader for all fitness products at the location, ensuring that personal training services and fitness assessments are structured, standardized, and consistent with corporate standards.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Membership department to ensure initial fitness assessments are booked and that advisors effectively build value during tours. You will be directly responsible for hitting personal and club monthly sales KPI targets, managing personal trainer payroll and expenses, and developing lead generation strategies to meet team targets. Additionally, you will work with the Admin Specialist to manage supplement profit and loss, handling inventory and ensuring all supplement hand-offs are tracked and followed through.
