In this position, you will serve as the leader for all fitness products at your location. You will be directly responsible for the department's financial performance in total fitness services, managing personal trainer payroll and expenses while ensuring you hit personal and club monthly sales KPI targets.
Your day will involve partnering closely with the Membership department to ensure initial fitness assessments are booked and that advisors are building value during tours. You will lead the development of lead generation strategies to hit targets and establish sales goals for Fitness Consultants and front desk employees. Additionally, you will ensure that PT presentations and fitness assessments (VFPs) are structured and standardized in line with corporate standards. You will also manage supplement inventory and profit & loss in collaboration with the Admin Specialist, following through on all supplement hand-offs.
