About the Role
Based in Jacksonville, FL, this role is essential to ensuring the safety and integrity of the buildings we protect. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of piping and industrial processing systems, from laying out and fabricating to assembling, installing, and maintaining fixtures and sprinkling systems.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with designers to ensure all installations adhere strictly to design plans and codes. You will manage material logistics, communicate project and schedule changes to Field Superintendents and Project Managers, and produce red-line drawings to document site conditions. A key part of your mission is mentorship; you will train Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques while maintaining rigorous documentation of daily progress, water damage, and safety incidents.
