We are seeking service-minded individuals with strong communication skills to join our sales and customer service team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our union members and the benefits they need. Your day-to-day activities will involve inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and delivering presentations to union members requesting our benefits packages. You will also handle necessary paperwork, perform quality control checks, and engage in leadership development opportunities.
