About the Role
Join our team as a Financial Services Representative with a passion for helping people. This role is designed to supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity, offering a unique blend of dedicated time for growth and career development while you support our customers. You will serve as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers, transitioning from a hybrid work model to a fully on-site presence as you build your expertise.
In your first year, you will navigate our industry-leading training program. You will spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers over the phone with inquiries ranging from account balances and withdrawals to fund transfers and trade placements. As you progress, you will take on increasing complexity in customer interactions, developing the confidence and proficiency needed to eventually work fully on-site in an Investor Center.
