Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services
- check_circleFollow all company policies and procedures consistently
- check_circleParticipate in team huddles to brainstorm ways to meet referral goals
- check_circleBalance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- check_circleDiscuss loan payoff amounts and other financial details with customers
- check_circleReview current performance with service leaders
- check_circleProcess customer transactions including check deposits and cashing payroll checks
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedAt least one year of direct Senior Teller experience in a financial service environment
