About the Role

We are actively seeking candidates to join our Financial Sector Mobile Patrol Program. This is a high-energy, challenging patrol program designed for individuals who thrive on critical thinking, sound decision-making, and problem-solving. In this role, you will apply strategy and tactics to identify and mitigate real and perceived issues, providing an alert presence that deters theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other crimes.

You will maintain a customer-friendly approach while providing solutions to security concerns, presenting a professional image that complies with strict standards. The role requires the ability to create articulate, chronological, and accurate reports and to react calmly, quickly, and effectively in problematic situations. You will be physically capable of performing all aspects of the assignment, including standing for extended periods, conducting multiple property tours on foot, and climbing stairs, while operating standard security equipment such as vehicles, radios, and cellular devices.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid, state-issued Driver's License in good standing, a Security Officer License (PERC), and a 20 Hour Training Certificate. Applicants must be US citizens or aliens lawfully authorized to work in the United States. A background and drug screening are required. Preferred qualifications include a law enforcement or military background, or 60 semester hours (Associate Degree) in a related field, along with 1 year of previous security experience. CPR certification and first aid training are also required, with some placements potentially requiring AED certification.
