We are partnering with a publicly traded client based in Atlanta to identify a high-potential Manager for a dynamic role focused on SEC reporting. About the Role
In this capacity, you will serve as a key contributor to the financial reporting infrastructure of a public entity. The role centers on the preparation and maintenance of critical SEC filings, including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, and S-8 documents. Beyond filings, you will manage complex accounting for equity transactions, stock-based compensation, debt, investments, and M&A activities, including acquisition and divestiture transactions. You will also lead annual impairment and ad-hoc goodwill testing, while supporting month-end close processes and providing data for budgets and forecasts.
