About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to support a critical 6-month project in the Princeton, NJ area. This role is designed to cover for a team member on leave, ensuring the accounting team maintains momentum during a busy period. It offers a unique chance to contribute to a collaborative environment within a well-established organization while gaining exposure to high-level financial operations.
The Role
In this hybrid position, you will play a key role in supporting the month-end close process and managing general ledger activities. You will work closely with auditors (PwC) to support external audit requests and assist with sales tax filings. The role requires a high degree of independence to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ, requiring 3 days onsite per week (Monday through Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday).
