About the Role
The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst serves as a strategic business advisor and partner to various business units. This role is designed to bridge the gap between Finance and operational teams, providing the forecasts and financial analysis necessary to drive business results. You will partner with key constituents to develop detailed budgets, track performance against those budgets, and support leadership in understanding their financial outcomes.

- check_circleExecute variance analysis and report operational performance to senior leadership
- check_circleLead the annual budget process for FTE and workforce planning across the organization
- check_circlePrepare and deliver monthly workforce and budget reporting to business unit leaders
- check_circleAnalyze FTE trends, labor costs, and variances to provide actionable insights
- check_circleCreate and maintain bank board reporting related to workforce planning and incentive programs
- check_circleValidate and monitor incentive plan performance in calculations and payouts
- check_circleInitiate, collect, and integrate business data to inform financial forecasts
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verified4-6 years experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related role required
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Excel
- verifiedAdvanced understanding of forecast modeling
- verifiedCertified Public Accountant preferred
- verifiedChartered Finance Analyst preferred
Nice to Have
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
