About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Eligibility Specialist to join our mission-driven team at our Vliet St. location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and shares our passion for supporting elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. You will play a vital part in ensuring our members can maintain their independence by navigating the complexities of Medicaid and Social Security eligibility.

In this position, you will oversee the accumulation, transmission, and dissemination of member information. Your day-to-day will involve assisting members in maintaining their Medicaid eligibility, organizing critical data, and troubleshooting issues related to the enrollment process. You will also collaborate closely with other CCI departments to address member eligibility, enrollment, and cost obligations. A key component of this role is community outreach, where you will conduct in-home and agency visits to provide direct support.
