We are looking for a motivated Financial Data Analyst ready to take us to the next level. In this role, you will act as a bridge between project data and decision-making, enabling the PMO to effectively manage projects, optimize performance, and achieve strategic objectives. You will support portfolio management decision-making by providing insights into project financial performance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that facilitate financial transparency and project success. This position is a contract role and is onsite in Miramar, FL.

Proven experience implementing or improving processes using Excel/data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello. Financial analytical skills, including spend curves, burn-rate, and rate-volume analysis.
Skills: MS Excel, Power-Pivots, Vlookup, Nesting Formulas, MS Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau, Power Bi.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required.
