About the Role
Cantor Fitzgerald Securities is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Crime Compliance Officer, VP, to play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. This position is vital for ensuring strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations within a regulated broker-dealer environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the BSA/Patriot Act and financial crimes, coupled with extensive experience in AML program management. In this role, you will partner with the organization to evolve our compliance posture, managing second-line monitoring, refining alerting parameters, and leading the design of robust trade surveillance programs. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving AML incidents promptly while providing timely feedback on escalated cases to safeguard our operations.

Requirements
- verified7-10 years of experience in AML Compliance and Financial Crimes at a broker-dealer
- verifiedStrong knowledge of USA Patriot Act, BSA, and AML regulations
- verifiedCAMS certification is mandatory
- verifiedLaw degree is an added advantage
