There are roles that keep the lights on – and roles that quietly shape the trajectory of a firm. This is the latter. We are a small, disciplined investment platform focused broadly on media and entertainment, seeking a finance leader to sit at the center of our operations. Our team is thoughtful, low-ego, and intellectually curious – drawn as much to ideas as to outcomes. This is an opportunity for someone who prefers substance over noise: a builder, a steady hand, and a partner to the business.
You will operate as the right hand to the CFO, with full visibility across both the management company and investment vehicles. This is a hands-on leadership role – equal parts oversight and execution – designed for someone who enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end. You'll serve as the connective tissue between finance, investments, and operations, with responsibility for maintaining rigor while helping the firm scale thoughtfully.
This role offers meaningful scope in a lean, high-caliber team. You will have direct exposure to investments, investors, and firm leadership, with the unique ability to shape systems and processes from the inside. The platform is growing deliberately, offering a space where you can think clearly, work broadly, and build something with intention.
This role tends to resonate with individuals who balance sharp thinking with a grounded presence. You value momentum, but not at the expense of quality. You are likely self-directed yet collaborative, detail-oriented without losing the bigger picture, and ambitious without being performative about it. In our small team, titles matter less than ownership, and we welcome those willing to lean in.
