The Retirement Consultant delivers personalized consultations detailing solutions best suited to the retirement planning needs of Empower customers. The Consultant utilizes detailed information on IRA and investment products and has a solid understanding of the qualified plan environment. The successful Consultant enjoys assisting customers achieve their retirement goals, is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and has a competitive personality. Must be upbeat, ambitious and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include both inbound and outbound calls and require outstanding follow-through with those they are assisting.

Workplace Requirements
This position can be done remotely.
For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment, will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection. .

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- verifiedCurrent FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations

- verifiedSound written, verbal and presentation skills
