The Financial Analyst, Treasury position offers an excellent opportunity to master direct cash forecasting and the Foreign Exchange market, understanding how each impacts ADM's business in North America and globally. This demanding and rewarding developmental role is based in Chicago and serves as a critical link between the business and global Treasury and Finance leadership.
In this position, you will actively interact with banks and financial markets to support the business in cash forecasting and FX-related topics. Your work will drive actions that protect ADM's financial performance while mitigating key risks, including liquidity and foreign exchange exposure. You will collaborate closely with regional treasury teams to develop global cash forecasts, manage the North America foreign exchange hedge desk, and serve as a backup for the European desk during North America trading hours.
As a subject matter expert, you will own the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) calculation and lead the Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) calculation. The role also involves periodic reviews of ADM's global foreign exchange policy, monitoring counterparty risk, leading ISDA agreement negotiations, and supporting the team's financial regulation compliance needs.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed; you may be the right candidate for this role or another opening. Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check.
