As a Metrics Reporting Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define, monitor, and report on the financial and operational metrics that drive our business forward. You will be responsible for maintaining the models used to project business results and developing the weekly, monthly, and annual reports that keep our leadership informed. Beyond standard reporting, you will translate complex customer needs into tailored reporting solutions, often with minimal guidance. A significant part of your day will involve conducting in-depth analysis of complex operating or expense information to support budget development, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing expense management.
