About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner within the CHRISTUS Physician Group, dedicated to advancing financial health and operational excellence through rigorous research and analysis. The role exists to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive budgeting accuracy, forecast reliability, and performance optimization across the organization.
In this capacity, you will lead initiatives that define data collection methodologies and analytical frameworks. Your work directly influences how the group understands financial trends, evaluates clinic performance, and implements remedial measures to ensure maximum operational efficiency. You will act as a project leader, guiding teams through data investigations, synthesizing findings, and presenting clear, data-driven recommendations via charts and graphs to both internal and external stakeholders.
Beyond analysis, this role is integral to maintaining the integrity of our operations. You will ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) while preparing essential compliance documentation. Your communication will consistently reflect the CHRISTUS Mission, conveying ideas with precision and positivity to support our cultural diversity objectives and Service Guarantee.
