Financial Analyst Lead with Security Clearance

About the Role

CGI is seeking a Financial Management (FM) Lead to support the MCICOM business lines within Core Financials. Located in our Jacksonville, FL office with a hybrid working model, this role is critical for ensuring the operational functionality of the DAI Financials system. You will serve as a bridge between technical data integrity and business user needs, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration.

In this position, you will act as an owner from day one, partnering with the DAI-PMO governance to drive value. Your work will involve monitoring data to identify discrepancies, building reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and supporting complex processes such as Order to Cash (O2C), revenue generation, and Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS-IN) interfaces. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in knowledge transfer by providing role-based training to MCICOM users and hosting the Communication Working Group to standardize information dissemination.
