About the Role
This Financial Analyst II position is a direct hire opportunity within the Corporate Finance organization. The role focuses on the financial accounting and reporting for Global Corporate departments and Treasury activities. You will play a key part in ensuring the integrity of information provided to senior management, delivering performance measurements that are consistent and meaningful.
Day in the Life
You will be responsible for performing month-end, half-year, and year-end accounting and reporting requirements for stand-alone Global Corporate entities. A significant portion of your time will involve supporting the Financial Accounting Manager with activities for North America-based entities, including financial submissions for corporate consolidation, maintaining local trial balances, reviewing journal entries, and conducting account reconciliations.
Additionally, you will support Global IT recharges and allocations processes, acting as a liaison between Global IT and Divisional stakeholders. You will also handle the recharges of corporate costs to international divisional units, assess internal controls over financial reporting, and assist in the remediation of any identified deficiencies. The role further involves supporting the annual budget and rolling short-term forecasts for corporate reporting entities, as well as assisting with the migration of financial reporting systems.
