About Year Up United
Year Up United is an intensive, one-year or less job training program designed to empower young adults with the skills and support needed to launch successful careers. Through four unique career pathways, participants receive in-classroom skill development, access to industry-leading internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship.
The Customer Experience Pathway
If you are passionate about building relationships or possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to gain exposure to running a business, the Customer Experience pathway is designed for you. This track combines technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success with direct access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, our industry-leading talent placement firm.
Internships are often hosted by leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including JPMorganChase and Bank of America. During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
What You Will Gain
Participants develop a customer-centric mindset, comprehensive finance training, and essential professional business and communication skills. The program also provides dedicated support for interviewing, networking, and resume building to help launch your career. Graduates are equipped for growth paths such as Financial Advisory, Sales Specialist, Product Support, Sales Operations and Analytics, and Patient Services.
Our Impact
Year Up United is committed to turning potential into professional success. Seventy-two percent of graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
Hiring Process & Eligibility
To apply, candidates must be high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday through Friday for the duration of the program. Applicants must be highly motivated to learn and have not yet obtained a Bachelor's degree. Additional screening questions may be required during the application process.
