About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the Financial Operations team, you will serve as a key problem solver, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will work alongside a team to analyze complex business issues, specifically focusing on reinsurance contract analysis and interpretation. This role requires you to exhibit proficiency in reinsurance accounting systems and software while mentoring junior team members and maintaining elevated standards of quality.
Your day-to-day involves building enduring client relationships and developing a deep understanding of the business context.
