As a Senior Associate in the Financial Operations team, you will work as part of a group of problem solvers, tackling complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will exhibit proficiency in reinsurance contract analysis and interpretation while utilizing reinsurance accounting systems and software. Your focus will be on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations.
In this role, you will mentor junior team members, maintain elevated standards, and grow your personal brand and technical knowledge. You will apply critical thinking to address complex issues, manage scenarios to achieve quality outcomes, and foster enduring client relationships. The position requires up to 60% travel to engage with clients and support their transformation journeys.
