About the Role

As a Senior Associate in the Financial Operations team, you will work as part of a group of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues ranging from strategy to execution. You will exhibit proficiency in reinsurance contract analysis and interpretation, while possessing familiarity with reinsurance accounting systems and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. Your focus will be on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations while growing your personal brand and technical knowledge. You will be expected to use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, delegate to provide stretch opportunities, and demonstrate critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.
