About the Role

As a Manager on the Finance Consulting team, you will lead financial planning and analysis initiatives specifically within the insurance sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills while working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will supervise and develop teams, mentor junior staff, and secure the delivery of high-quality financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing financial processes, guiding financial systems implementation, and driving process automation. You will leverage your growing knowledge of how business works to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Your leadership style will focus on motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality, while you coach team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations.
