Amazon's North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance team is the trusted finance partner for Productivity and Hours Controllership. We operate the most complex retail networks in the world, delivering billions of packages to hundreds of millions of homes and businesses annually. Over the last two years, we have nearly doubled the size of our fulfillment network, and we are looking for dedicated team members committed to operational and financial excellence.
Our US Non-Sort Finance team works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy teams to support a rapidly expanding business. We are building a connected network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, sort centers, vans, box trucks, and technology to ensure customers' packages are delivered on time—often next day, sometimes faster. This role plays a critical part as a financial advocate and business partner, designing and maintaining performance measurements to continuously improve the economics of the business.
As a Finance Manager, you will drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across the US Non-Sort segment. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate initiatives that span multiple organizations and stakeholders, with high visibility to senior leadership. You will focus on the inputs, think like an owner, and embrace the "Day One" mentality where every day is an opportunity to innovate.
In this role, you will partner with a broad range of leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. You will influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. Your work will prioritize the most impactful projects and programs that drive the US Non-Sort business segment forward, offering a clear path to making an impact on the broader end-to-end operational vertical.
