About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Integration Manager to support a high-impact Finance Integration Management Office within a leading technology company. This role is designed for a hands-on, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. You will lead end-to-end finance integration efforts tied to mergers and acquisitions across a global footprint, managing complexity across multiple concurrent integrations.

The Role in Context

In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between the acquiring organization and acquired company finance teams. You will work closely with internal partners across Corporate Development, Legal, Strategic Finance, Treasury, and Business Unit Finance to ensure seamless execution. The role exists to drive integration project management activities, from pre-close through post-close execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones across global stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of finance integration playbooks, tools, and standard processes, while supporting the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools within finance workflows.

Hiring Process
