We are partnering with a dynamic Los Angeles-based professional services firm to find a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, particularly those backed by private equity or involved in high-growth acquisition strategies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in building FP&A processes from the ground up. This is not just a maintenance role; it is a strategic opportunity to design systems, create analytics, and establish the financial infrastructure that will support the company's expansion. You will serve as a key partner to leadership, driving automation, process improvements, and high-level business acumen to shape the company's financial future.
In this hybrid role, you will own the full spectrum of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with department leaders to develop assumptions, analyzing budget versus actuals to highlight trends and risks, and building robust models for investments, pricing, and capital allocation.
Beyond traditional analysis, you will act as a key administrator for the company's ERP and planning systems. You will drive the development of KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packages, ensuring consistency between accounting and FP&A data. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to supporting M&A integrations, strategic transactions, and training users on new systems and best practices. This position offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact in a supportive environment with strong company backing.
If you are an experienced professional looking to help grow a company while accessing significant opportunities for development, we invite you to submit your resume. We are eager to connect with candidates who have a strong background in systems and process building within the professional services sector.
