About the Opportunity

Vaco by Highspring has partnered with a leading Investment Management firm in Boston to recruit a Finance Manager. This role is designed to bridge the gap between senior leadership and the operational backbone of the firm, working closely with finance, operations, investor relations, and investment teams.

The Finance Manager will serve as a critical partner in overseeing fund accounting, reporting, portfolio monitoring, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills and direct experience within private equity and private credit strategies, ensuring the firm's financial integrity and strategic decision-making are supported by accurate data.
