We are partnering with a leading East LA manufacturer to find an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. As the company expands globally and pursues strategic acquisitions, this role is critical for driving financial clarity and supporting high-level decision-making.
The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to operational leaders, bridging the gap between complex data and actionable insights. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where your ability to model financial scenarios, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to executive leadership will directly influence the company's trajectory.
Your work will center on developing and maintaining detailed financial models and forecasts to guide long-term strategic projections. You will lead the annual budgeting process and perform rigorous variance analysis, translating actuals versus budget data into clear narratives for non-financial audiences.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to creating executive-level dashboards and board reports. You will partner with department heads to align financial goals with strategic initiatives, support new product launches through scenario analysis, and drive process improvements within FP&A systems. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to distill complex data into compelling presentations for the board and C-suite.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact within an industry leader that is actively scaling. You will gain exposure to global expansion strategies and acquisition activities while enjoying professional development opportunities designed to further your career.
If you are an experienced Finance Manager ready to take on a challenging role where you can drive real results, please send your resume to us. We would love to speak with you about how your background aligns with this opportunity.
