About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly scaling AI company, is seeking a Finance Lead (manager or director level) to help build and scale its financial and go-to-market infrastructure during a critical growth phase. This position is primarily onsite in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility.
About the Role
This role serves as the first dedicated finance hire focused on planning, reporting, and commercial finance. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support pricing strategy, revenue operations, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys designing systems and processes from the ground up. Experience providing FP&A support for fundraising is highly beneficial.
