Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- check_circleLead annual planning including headcount modeling and scenario planning
- check_circlePartner with leadership across Sales, Product, and Operations to evaluate investment tradeoffs
- check_circleEstablish and lead monthly business reviews to improve financial operating cadence
- check_circleStrengthen oversight of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management
- check_circlePartner with external accounting and finance vendors to ensure reliable financial operations
- check_circleSupport equity grant modeling and compensation planning processes
- check_circleAct as a finance partner to go-to-market leadership on pricing and growth initiatives
- check_circlePressure test commission plans and incentive structures across Sales and Customer Success teams
- check_circleImprove financial visibility into customer acquisition, retention, and expansion performance
- check_circlePartner with leadership on board reporting, investor materials, and fundraising preparation

Requirements
- verified6+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- verifiedBackground in high-growth SaaS or investor-backed startup environments
- verifiedAbility to evaluate pricing, GTM investments, and compensation or commission structures
- verifiedFamiliarity with headcount planning, compensation planning, equity modeling, or board reporting
Nice to Have
