The Bay Family of Companies' Corporate Office is seeking a Finance Department Manager to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders. In this capacity, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance across assigned entities and business segments. Your primary mission is to interpret financial results, manage KPI performance, and strengthen internal controls while guiding the team through monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and audit activities.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement within finance processes, controls, and reporting. You will work to standardize and automate workflows across business segments, ensuring the organization operates with efficiency and precision. The position requires a blend of technical accounting expertise and business acumen to support informed decision-making through revenue and expense analysis.
