About the Role
The GME Finance Coordinator operates under the leadership of the CFO and the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) to provide comprehensive oversight of graduate medical education training programs. This role is dedicated to ensuring the administrative, operational, and financial integrity of these programs across all campus sites.
Working closely with GME leadership, the Coordinator assists in financial planning and monitors activities to ensure the attainment of strategic GME goals and objectives. As a key resource for both staff and leadership, the position supervises and monitors the financial work of GME Department Coordinators, ensuring that data processing, business practices, and billing systems are maintained to provide accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect coordination of onsite financial services operations for Graduate Medical Education
- check_circleAssist GME leadership with financial planning and monitoring activities to attain program goals

- check_circleEnsure processing of data, business billing practices, and computer systems are maintained for financial information

- check_circleManage overcap and reimbursement requests for unfunded spots
- check_circleOversee lease agreements and utilities for GME programs
- check_circleHandle contract management and program budgeting activities
- check_circleGenerate and submit IRIS reports on a quarterly basis
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- verifiedNational Program Administrator TAGME Certified preferred
