Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the President's Executive Team, this role leads the Finance and Administration department. You will act as a strategic business advisor to senior leadership, managing and overseeing the Business Office, Facilities and Grounds, Auxiliary Services, and related operational areas. This position is pivotal in setting standards for quality service, mentoring staff, and creating an environment that promotes innovation. You will be responsible for the strategic allocation of fiscal resources, ensuring fiscal accountability, and driving continuous improvement efforts to support the college's mission.
