This position serves as the financial and administrative backbone of the body shop, bridging the gap between technical repair work and client billing.
In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of repair orders from opening to closing, ensuring that all labor and parts charges are accurately documented and verified. You will act as a liaison between the Parts Department, technicians, and management, verifying operation codes, warranty damage codes, and manufacturer compliance. Your work directly impacts profitability by ensuring proper documentation of deductibles, managing vendor purchase orders, and assisting with accounting schedules and accounts receivable.
Beyond the numbers, you will be a key part of the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, utilizing the program to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. You will attend weekly department meetings and meet regularly with the Body Shop Director to review business matters and develop plans to increase profitability. This role requires a genuine desire to serve clients, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
