About Ryder Last Mile
Ryder Last Mile is expanding its final mile delivery carrier network to support the delivery and installation of furniture and appliances. We are seeking dedicated carriers interested in contracting to join our established operations.
About the Role
This opportunity focuses exclusively on furniture and appliance delivery, requiring in-home, white-glove assembly services. The role is designed for a two-person team operating as a contractor. Carriers will benefit from an established customer base with consistent routes and high growth potential within the network.
Compensation and Settlements
Compensation is competitive and dependent upon daily routes. Settlements are processed weekly with 7-day payment terms. Additionally, carriers have access to discounts on Ryder truck rentals.
Application and Requirements
Interested carriers must operate as an LLC or Corporation and maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder requirements. The position requires a 26' white box truck with a lift gate, clear of advertisements, and a valid DOT/MC number. Candidates must successfully pass both background and motor vehicle checks. Final mile install experience is required.
