About the Role

This opportunity is designed for established carriers who specialize in the final mile of the supply chain. As a partner, you will be responsible for delivering and installing furniture and appliances directly into customers' homes. The role requires a collaborative approach, as all deliveries must be executed as a two-person team to ensure safety and quality service.

You will operate with an established customer base that provides consistent routes, offering high growth potential within the Ryder ecosystem. Successful candidates will benefit from weekly settlements and a 7-day payment term structure, alongside access to discounts on Ryder truck rentals.

Interested carriers must be prepared to operate as an LLC or Corporation and maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder's specific requirements. The selection process includes a thorough background check and motor vehicle check to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
