About the Role

We are seeking a FieldTrax Web Development Product Owner / Business Analyst to join our team as the critical bridge between product management, engineering teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders. In this role, you will drive the ongoing enhancement and delivery of the FieldTrax platform, ensuring that application features are effectively planned, prioritized, and delivered.

You will develop deep expertise in FieldTrax workflows, including coordinator, dispatcher, foreman, and approver functions. Your day-to-day involves translating complex business requirements into actionable development work, supporting defect analysis, and driving continuous product improvement initiatives. This position requires a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Requirements
