We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable, and self-motivated Field Services Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in problem-solving, seek full-time work with on-the-job learning, enjoy variety, and like being outdoors.
You will be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape. Your day will involve performing minor maintenance and repairs, installing and servicing property signs, conducting routine inspections, pressure washing, and safely operating company vehicles and equipment. You will also manage company tools and credit cards with care, utilizing mobile apps to complete daily reports.
Safety is our priority. We utilize a dedicated Safety Coordinator and hold monthly safety meetings to ensure our employees are protected from all kinds of hazards and have the proper PPE for the job.
