Under supervision, this position serves as a vital bridge between Medline and its clients, implementing programs designed to drive adoption and adherence to operational procedures. The role exists to expand program reach within a designated territory, ensuring that sales partners and clients successfully onboard new accounts and integrate smoothly into Medline's ecosystem.
You will act as a key support system for operational success, managing the preparation and shipment of materials while identifying opportunities for cost savings through reprocessing. The day-to-day involves a blend of on-site support, where you optimize workflows and address immediate questions, and strategic planning, where you develop implementation plans and coordinate with internal teams. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to education; you will lead training sessions for clinical staff and conduct facility visits to promote program value and best practices. By gathering feedback and utilizing data to drive targeted growth, you will help resolve issues promptly and ensure the overall success of the program.
This position requires a dynamic professional willing to travel at least 50% of the time, both within and outside the state, to support client needs and program launches. The role may also involve physical tasks such as lifting and pushing boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
