As a Field Services Technician I, you will be active in the field performing critical tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials. This role is essential to our mission of maintaining sustainability and cleaning the Earth.
Health and Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5. In this position, you will work in various temperatures, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. You will operate light and heavy equipment, handle various hand and powered industrial tools, and work in environments that may include elevated noise levels, confined spaces, and potential exposure to chemical or physical agents. The role requires the ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and enter trucks, tanks, and containers, as well as perform strenuous physical labor.
By position, you will be on a rotating basis for emergency response every other week. Emergency response situations can extend beyond 8 hours, up to 12-24 hours, and may occasionally require working on weekends and holidays.
