About the Role

Field Service Representatives play an impactful role within our organization, acting as problem solvers who are deeply customer-focused and passionate about their work. You will collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on both company and third-party manufactured equipment in dynamic environments.

This is a home-based flexible work schedule with a 40-hour guarantee (plus overtime). On a typical day, you might handle pre-site preparations, equipment startups, repairs, and field modifications. You will solve problems alongside electricians, sales partners, and technical support, while completing essential field service and expense reports. Some days may involve traveling throughout the region or even countrywide for local customer support, assisting Field Project Managers on larger system startups, or acting on behalf of the District Service Manager to resolve operational issues.

We provide direct product training and training on all digital and physical tools associated with your work. Schneider Electric supplies service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily professional use. Hiring Process

We offer a unique, team-oriented welcome for new hires. Within your first 90 days, you will experience two weeks of in-person training at our brand-new, state-of-the-art training facility in Dallas, TX, with all expenses paid. Upon returning from your on-site visit, you will continue with online training and be paired with a local area mentor to receive on-the-job training as you continue your onboarding journey.
