About the Role
This is a role for those who know how machines work and enjoy figuring out why they don't. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the person customers rely on when things get technical. You will troubleshoot and fix complex electro-mechanical systems, commission multi-axis motion systems, and diagnose issues with motors, motion control, and instrumentation.
Unlike repetitive service work, every problem here requires real thinking. You will repair, modify, and install equipment in real-world environments, often traveling 30–50% across the U.S. and internationally. This position offers the autonomy to work directly with global customers on high-end, custom-built systems where your skills make a tangible difference.
