About the Role

Join an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to bringing customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers' homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. In this role, you will close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions. You will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects provided by AT&T. Success in this position requires strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to make smooth pivots, and a high level of motivation to achieve sales goals.

The Journey

We kick things off with paid training to set you up for success in working independently in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy. You will be provided with a company vehicle for official business use and will work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
